Owned by Cristina McCarter, Feast and Graze is America’s first Black-woman-owned Charcuterie Shop & Cafe. McCarter first opened the shop in 2019 and has expanded to two locations in Memphis, catering services, and more.  In November of 2024, the second location opened in Poplar Plaza near the University of Memphis.
