Submit an Event
Before You Submit — Please Read!
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit your event! Contributors like you are instrumental in curating our guides and newsletters, and we truly appreciate it.
Check for duplicates first. Search the calendar before submitting — tap the magnifying glass at the top of the page and try a few different wordings for your event name. Someone else from your organization may have already added it. Also, our calendar is synced with Memphis Travel, so you only need to submit once and it will appear on both. If you're unsure, email us at [email protected].
Keep categories to three or fewer. When filling out your submission, please select no more than three event categories. Adding more than three will prevent your submission from going through.
Pay attention to photo size requirements. We want your event listing to look its best, so please be mindful of the photo size restrictions when uploading images.
Allow up to 5 business days for approval. Once submitted, your event may take up to 5 business days to appear on the calendar. If it's been less than that, sit tight — it's on its way!
