In 2023, we said goodbye to some of our favorite restaurants but we also welcomed a plethora of new restaurants to open their doors. This list accounts for 15 of our favorite new restaurants, in alphabetical order, to open in 2023.

While many restaurants expanded to more locations this year, we kept this list strictly to new concepts.
