Here's your list of the best hotel bars in Memphis:

Curfew at Canopy

Brand-new as of 2020, Curfew at the Canopy Hilton hotel pairs its Top Chef-inspired menu with a mouth-watering list of craft cocktails. The indoor dining room offers table and lounge seating, plus there’s a heated patio overlooking AutoZone Park.

Eight & Sand at Central Station

From the expert mixologists of the AM Eats family come this train-inspired bar inside the Central Station hotel in the South Main HIstoric Arts District. The bar itself is just a few seats, but the cavernous, multi-level lounge is perfect for hanging out and listening to Memphis music and frequent live DJs.

Terrace at the River Inn

What more could you ask for than cocktails and a view of the river in Memphis? The River Inn at Harbor Town is home to The Terrace, which offers a Mississippi River rooftop patio bar experience. Watch the sunset as you sip on classic cocktails like a Mojito, Moscow Mule, or a Tennessee Peach Tea.

Peabody Lobby Bar

In 1935 David Cohn wrote that “The Mississippi Delta begins in the lobby of the Peabody Hotel…” so we’ve known about this one for a long time! Watch the ducks frolic in the marble fountain in historic luxury at the Peabody. There’s plenty of comfy seating and impeccable service.

Bar Moxy at The Moxy

Right off Court Square in downtown Memphis, the Moxy hotel’s hip lobby area sprawls through several lounge-y rooms with games and pinball and spills out onto a Main Street patio with fire pits and bocce ball. The full bar offers cocktails and espresso drinks, plus bagels, flatbreads, and other snacks.

Mississippi River Terrace at Big Cypress Lodge

For stunning views of the Mississippi, perch on this patio bar at the Memphis Pyramid. Open seasonally, this firepit-studded seating terrace offers cocktails and small plates. There’s also a stage for live music and a view of the Hernando de Soto Bridge for nightly Mighty Lights shows.

Bar Hustle at ARRIVE

For unique drinks and themed pop-up evenings, settle in at Bar Hustle in the lobby of the ARRIVE hotel. Order specialty craft cocktails and small bites (or a meal from Hustle & Dough cafe in the same space) and enjoy the living room vibes at the ARRIVE, across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum in South Main downtown.

Greyhound Bar at Hilton Garden Inn

Classy fixtures and stylish seating await you at the Hilton Garden Inn's Greyhound bar. As of January 2021, the bar offers a limited menu and standard cocktail list for seating in the lobby, bar area, or the patio across Union Avenue from AutoZone Park. Open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays until 10 p.m.
