Whet Thursday is a free after-hours event held at the Metal Museum on the last Thursday of each month from May through September.

The Metal Museum is the only museum of its kind in the world, by the way. That’s something to be proud of.

While Memphis won’t experience a full eclipse, we’re close to it with it expected to block 97.9% of the sun. The moon is expected to pass through the beginning roughly at 12:38 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. That means the peak time is expected to be around 1:57 p.m.
