Meal on Wheels: The Fuel Cafe Food Truck is a Taco Wagon

Updated January 2019. Fuel Food Truck is an OG Memphis food truck, one of the first in town to open after the City first allowed the mobile restaurants-on-wheels in May of 2011. In the fall of that year, Fuel food truck hit the streets. Ever since, Memphians have clamored for their tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, and vegan options. And as of December 2018, the food truck is even more essential for fans of their cuisine. The Fuel Cafe location on Madison has closed permanently.

Have Lunch At The Reopened Caritas Village Cafe In Binghampton

After more than a year of renovations, Caritas Village reopened in September with a new Executive Director, a revamped cafe menu, and a renovated event space that's open to the public.

If you're unfamiliar, Caritas Village is a beloved community center and restaurant in Binghampton. The space was founded by Onie Johns in 2006 (read more about her here) and for more than a decade served the community as a place for art, gatherings, and good meals.
