It's been a while since I've checked anything off of the Memphis scavenger hunt list, but I haven't given up.

Last night, I ate things that I can't un-eat. My boss, Bob, invited me to be the first-ever female guest of the Memphis Meat Club, a monthly celebration of all things meaty.
