Meet the Memphis Zoo's Baby Animals
The Memphis Zoo has an adorable class of baby animals born every year, and have just announced a few newbies. Welcome Zito and Hinata!
The baby Bongo, an African antelope specie, was born in January 2022. Bongos live in the forest, have a striking striped coat, and are a critically endangered species.

Every few days, I spend a considerable amount of time scrolling through Cute Overload, oohing and aww-ing over videos of adorable animals, especially the ones of cats. There are surprised cats, cats trapped in boxes, and, in my recent favorite, cats attempting to bathe surprisingly willing Boston terriers.

Better Know a Blues Musician: Nolan Garrett
During the annual International Blues Challenge, musicians from all over the world converge on Memphis for five days of intense musical competition. At 15 years old, Nolan Garrett is the youngest competitor in the IBC's adult division. He took the time to answer a few questions before his showcase at the Center for Southern Folklore today.
