Learn to Fly (and Trust Your Legs) at Aerial Yoga
If you were one of those kids who spent all of your playground time hanging upside down from the monkeybars, aerial yoga is the closest adult equivalent to that. If you weren't one of those kids (and trust me, I wasn't), you can still do aerial yoga - you'll just have to learn to trust your legs and a suspicious piece of fabric.
Reason to Love Memphis #48: AutoZone Park
You guys know we have the nicest minor league ballpark in the country, right?
It's true - Baseball America named downtown's AutoZone Park the 2009 "Ballpark of the Year". The airy, brick stadium is home to the Memphis Redbirds, a AAA feeder league for the St. Louis Cardinals.
Random Grizzlies T-Shirt of the Week
Local sportscaster Chris Vernon has made the perfect Grizzlies t-shirt:
It's a picture of Tony Allen's head surrounded by the words "All heart, grit, grind."
Team owner Michael Heisley has one. Tony Allen has one (of course). Andrew Van Wyngarden (lead singer of MGMT) wore his on stage at Beale St. Music Fest.

Half an hour into my first zumba class, I looked like this:
My face was red, my hair was sweat-soaked, and if I hadn't taken my glasses off, they would have been fogged up.
But, I was also really happy, happier than I've ever been in an aerobics class. That's because zumba doesn't feel at all like working out.
