1. La Michoacana

2. The Levee Creamery
This new coffee shop and homemade ice creamery in Collierville offers a fairly basic array of ice cream flavors, but with plenty of ways to enjoy them: in a cone or cup, with espresso in an affogato, in a milkshake with espresso, and or with a side of "cookie dough". You can get coffee and ice cream to-go. The Highland Strip location is closed. Read more here.

6. I Love Waffle Cream
This Cooper Young shop combines two of the most wonderful inventions human kind has ever produced: waffles and ice cream. And better yet, it’s custom flavored waffles, all kinds of ice cream flavors, and fun toppings, too. Their IG is absolutely mouth-watering. They’re located right by the Johnny Cash statue, across the street from the First Congo Parking lot.
7. Jerry's Sno Cones: Supreme Sno Cones
When you order, ask for your snow cone "supreme" and you'll get it layered with vanilla soft serve ice cream. It sounds kind of weird, but trust me – the soft serve takes the basic snow cone and transforms it into a local delicacy. Read more here.
8. Mister Softee Memphis
This locally-owned ice cream truck favorite can be found around town most Saturdays for all of your soft-serve needs. Think dipped cones, milkshakes, and sundaes.

This Germantown ice cream hot spot uses soft serve to create delicious sundaes, milkshakes, and stuffed snocones. If you're really on the treat yourself train, splurge for the Chips Ahoy milkshake, topped with tiny cookies.
