Bring Your Camera to the First Ever Mem-stagram Walk

Bring Your Camera to the First Ever Mem-stagram Walk

We're going on a walk and you (and your camera) are invited.

On Sunday, Nov. 6th, we're taking the first ever Mem-stagram Walk in the South Main Arts District.

Jack Oblivian playing on South Main, Memphis, Tenn.

What is a Mem-stagram Walk?

It's a chance to hang out with some cool people in a great neighbohood, all while taking photos. We'll walk, you'll take photos and then upload them using the tag #memstagram. After the walk, we'll collect them all into an online album.

What should I bring?

You'll need your camera phone (or camera). Load your phone up with photo apps like Instagram, Hipstamatic and Camera Plus for vintagey prints.

Where are we walking to?

We'll leave from Earnestine & Hazel's (at the corner of G.E. Patterson and S. Main) and walk north on South Main. The walk will end at South of Beale. The walk will last about an hour.

Why exactly are we doing this?

Because we can. And it's going to be fun.

Awesome! Where do I sign up?

You can RSVP on the Facebook event, or just show up. We'll leave Earnestine & Hazel's promptly at 3 p.m.
