The City Council is having their final reading of a proposed food truck ordinance that would make it easier for mobile restaurants to set up shop around town. Yolo, Fuel Cafe, a Square Meal on Wheels, the Rolling Pit, and the CrepeMaker will be parked in Court Square from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Record Store Day may have been Saturday, but Goner and Shangri-La still have plenty of leftover copies of special RSD releases for sale. When I was at Goner yesterday, they had a limited run Beach Boys' single, some Sonic Youth and more. - The Commercial Appeal has opened up nominations for their annual Memphis Most reader's poll. Sadly, there's no best blogger category (though, best columnist, TV news and radio personality are represented).
