While it was really sad to see the Anderton's facade demolished last month, I was ok with letting it go, mostly because part of it lives on. When Anderton's closed, the entire pirate ship-shaped bar (creepy oil paintings, mirror, masts and all) was bought by the enterprising individuals who opened Memphis's second pirate bar, The Cove.
