Made In Memphis: Relevant Roasters Pop-Up Shop

There are two kinds of people: people who grab whatever coffee they can find on the run and gulp it like it was their life force…and people who act like they're in a coffee commercial, savoring every sip and admiring every curl of steam.

Update: On July 21, 2015 Relevant Roasters opened a coffee bar on location at their roastery at 584 Tillman. They'll be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Introducing: The Very First Memphis Outdoor Festival

We have a brand new festival in Memphis this year called the Memphis Outdoor Festival. It's October 18 - 19 at Shelby Farms Park and features mountain bike races on Saturday, a 5K/10K trail runs on Sunday, plus a beer garden and other activities like paddle boats, live music (three bands each day), and dock dogs all weekend. You can see a list of events and prices here.

A big part of that was the Memphis Foodnado, which is the name I gave to the exploding food and drink scene in Memphis.
