When we made plans to go to Taqueria la Guadalupana for lunch today, my friend Zach insisted on one thing: that I try a goat taco. La Guadalupana is widely considered to be one of the best, most authentic Mexican restaurants in Memphis.  It's the sort of place where the meats listed on the menu include tongue and tripe. They've won tons of "Best of Memphis" awards, and their food is the stuff of word-of-mouth legend.
