French Truck Coffee opened a second Memphis location in the Highland Row development in the University District. I stopped by today to check it out.

The owner of Knifebird will open The Public Bistro in the former Sweet Grass location in Cooper Young. The Commercial Appeal quotes owner Kate Ashby describing the new restaurant as "if Huey's and Houston's had a baby". Expect that one in early 2023.
Jojo’s Espresso truck will open a permanent location in Thornwood shopping center in Germantown at some point, Daily Memphian reports.
