Omar Gooding This is 50!

Omar Gooding brings his This Is 50! Comedy Show to the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, September 11, for an evening of stand-up, storytelling and celebration.

Known for his work across television, film, music and comedy, Gooding celebrates his 50th birthday and more than four decades in entertainment with a live show showcasing his signature humor and larger-than-life personality.

The evening will also feature Ambrose Jones, a Memphis-born comedian whose credits include NBC’s Last Comic Standing and AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live, along with Memphis-based comedian Phylliss Johnson.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early for a celebrity pre-show in the lobby from 6 to 7:30 PM, presented by Tiger Bonding Company, Telecast Media Group and Lank The King. Main stage doors open at 7:30 PM, and the comedy show begins at 8 PM.

Parking: Garage parking is available at 266 N. Front St. Advance parking reservations and on-site digital kiosks are available for $11.41, including taxes and fees.
