Headlining designer Kelsey Hankins, a University of Memphis fashion design graduate and founder of Kitty Kouture, will showcase her signature blend of feminine glamour and statement-making fashion. Guests will enjoy a runway presentation, a full dinner, desserts, and shopping with vendors—all within an elegant tea party setting.
