This original, gender-flipped reimagining of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol brings the classic tale into present-day Memphis, where Ebony Scroogeworth, a sharp, successful businesswoman, has buried her joy beneath ambition and isolation. When she is visited by the Timeweavers of her Past, Present, and Future, she must confront the cost of her choices and rediscover the true meaning of the holiday season.

Told through original, soul-inspired music, sharp humor, and heartfelt storytelling, Ms. Scroogeworth invites audiences into a powerful story of redemption, compassion, and second chances, delivering a message that resonates across generations and cultures.
