Beginning Casting: Garden Markers

The Metal Museum offers a roster of innovative and affordable classes in blacksmithing, welding, casting and non-ferrous metals. Whether it's a "taster," a three-hour, one-day or weekend workshop, you are sure to learn a lot, have fun and make beautiful metal items that you can be proud of.
 

Liven up your garden with personalized garden markers. The garden markers can be customized to label specific plants or can be left blank to label with a marker or sticker each season. In this class participants will: design two to three garden markers and make 2 part green sand molds. This class is focused on making multiple castings, so students will be making multiple molds as each mold is only good for a single casting.
