Margie's 901

A Memphis classic, the Margie's 901 Homemade Ice Cream storefront is located on South Main Street, and it also offers catering services. With over 40 ice cream flavors, plus ice cream cakes, smoothies, and cookies, you can never go wrong with a trip to Margie’s 901.

Mempops

With two brick-and-mortar locations in Memphis, a popsicle truck, and many retail partners, you can always find a place that offers Mempops. The refreshing popsicles are made with fresh, simple ingredients and can also be dipped in a delicious fudge sauce. A tasty Mempop is the perfect sweet treat for a weekend outing. We recommend the Raspberry Lemonade and Strawberry with fudge!

Sweet Noshings

As you’d expect from the name, Sweet Noshings is the best place for all sweet lovers out there. This local dessert shop and ice cream parlor carries everything from giant gummy bears to boozy ice cream. Their brand-new location in East Memphis will transport you to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory and you will leave with a smile on your face.

Jerry’s Sno Cones

You can’t compile a list of sweet treats in Memphis without mentioning Jerry’s Sno Cones. Known for delectable soft serve-filled sno cones, Jerry’s is a favorite summer and spring spot to grab a cool treat. If sno cones aren’t your thing, try the cheese fries, burgers, and other greasy eats. Jerry’s is a Memphis staple with locations on Wells Station Road and on 1601 Bonnie Lane off Germantown Parkway in Cordova.

Kaye's Pints and Scoops

For a taste of summer, Kaye's Pints and Scoops is a must! The shop was founded by local entrepreneur Kiamesha Wilson. Handcrafted and made in small batches, each flavor is rich and creamy. Recently, we had the butter pecan at a client’s banquet and everyone agreed it was some of the creamiest and most delicious ice cream we have ever had. You can find Kaye’s ice cream at her pop-up markets, local retailers, or order online.

Waffle Cream

Do you love waffles and ice cream? Well it is your lucky day because in Midtown Memphis, there is an ice cream shop that has both! Located in the Cooper Young district, waffle cream has a large variety of milkshakes, ice cream sundaes and waffle treats. Their cookie monster waffle sundae is especially tasty.

Milk Dessert Bar

Known for their unique and extravagant milkshakes, Milk Dessert Bar is an East Memphis mainstay. The family-owned local bake shop is conveniently located just off Kirby Parkway. In addition to their creative milkshakes, Milk Dessert Bar serves up cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and more. You can eat in the bar or order ahead of time and take your yummy snacks  to go!

Gracie Bleu is one of the only build your own froyo places left in Memphis! Complete with several soft serve flavors and tasty toppings, Gracie Bleu’s frozen yogurt makes the perfect weekday pick-me-up. In addition to their frozen yogurt, you can enjoy popsicles and Dippin Dots. Sample these cool delights at their storefront in Germantown or order online from Grubhub.

Owner, Marci Clark, has other snacks for you to try including tacos and nachos. They are known for their strawberry cheesecake stuffed snoball and it is a must try.

SnoJunt Sno-Cones

This on-the-go trailer is one the newest dessert spots in town and one that reps Memphis from its name to its sno-cone flavors which are all Memphis themed. Hunt this one down. It's well worth the hunt for the "Coach Cal Sucks" or "BB Kingcake" sno-cones. The flavors are delicious and the sno-cones almost too cute to eat.
