That's Kid President, and through his YouTube videos, he's managed to inspire millions (or at least make them smile at his dance moves). I watch his pep talk at least once a week, usually on Tuesdays, when the work starts piling up and I start worrying that I'll never get anything meaningful done.

Stingray Bay Opens at the Memphis Zoo
For the first time in Memphis Zoo history, you can get friendly with marine animals. Do things right, and you'll have a pack of stingrays eating out of your hands.
The zoo has built Stingray Bay, a shallow 17,000 gallon salt water pool for the cownose and Southern stingrays and bonnethead and white-spotted bamboo sharks to frolic in at the west end of the park.
Car Sharing Could Come to Memphis This Year
Let's face it: getting around Memphis without a car can be kind of tough. It could get easier this year, though, if a resolution allowing car sharing services is passed by the City Council.
If it passes, services like ZipCar, which allow customers to rent cars for short-term errands could move into downtown Memphis.

Local photographer (and photobooth guy) Jamie Harmon saw the massive hole in the median on North Parkway as something as more than a gaping, accidental pond. With the help of his wife Leah, he turned it into an inner city beach resort.
