Mac's Burgers is the latest restaurant in Memphis to join the gourmet burger/mac 'n' cheese trend. While I admit I had to chuckle at a burger place called "Mac's" with a red and yellow logo, my friend and I went in with an open mind.

Tennessee's tax holiday is a glorious three-day period (held annually on the final weekend in July) where our 9.25 percent state sales tax isn't applied to a bunch of practical, back-to-school type items.
