Heading to a show at the Orpheum Theatre soon? Pair your experience with one of these pre-show dinner options meant to give you not only a great dining experience but also make it to the show on time.

Currently, Broadway’s biggest hit Wicked is taking the Orpheum stage from April 3 - 21, 2024. That’s so many show options! Get your tickets now.

If you're visiting Wicked or any upcoming production, here are a few nearby restaurants that offer a pre-show menu.

117 Prime

117 Union Avenue

117 Prime will offer a pre-curtain menu the entire run of Wicked at the Orpheum. Stop in before 6:30 pm to enjoy a tight three-course offering, and you’ll be eating in style while still being on time for the first act. The pre-theatre menu is offered for $49 for season ticket holders with Perks Card. The Majestic Grille

145 S Main Street

The Majestic Grille offers a robust three-course pre-theatre menu. The menu for Wicked’s run includes choices for appetizers, entree, and desserts for $38.95 (plus tax) per person. Give the menu a peek. The chicken and spinach manicotti is calling our name. Reserve your table.


276 S Front Street

BarWare also recently introduced a pre-show three-course dinner option. Yay options! They’ll make sure you make the opening curtain when you secure your spot by dining with them no later than 6:30pm. For Wicked, they’ll offer the same menu as the Mrs. Doubtfire run. View it here. Walk Dinner is $20 for Season Ticket Holders / & $25 for Non-Season Ticket Holders. Complicated Pilgrim

21 Cooper St.

Located at The Memphian Hotel, Complicated Pilgrim has a dedicated pre-theatre menu for nearby shows at Playhouse on the Square and Hattiloo but it can also be perfect for shows at the Orpheum. The menu, which changes roughly every two weeks, is offered Thursday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is $38/person. Reserve your table.

Your most memorable Memphis moment:

College GameDay on Beale Street. That was an electric and perfect morning. I was still working in news then and was able to take it in up close and on the stage at some points. The fun and joy of everyone down there that morning is unbeatable.
