Memphis Artists Take Over the Planetarium for Live Laser Shows

MoSH’s Laser Live series spotlights Memphis talent with live sets from artists like Lukah, Marcella Simien, DJ Nico, and more set to dazzling light displays in the planetarium.

Memphis musicians are taking over the planetarium. This summer through the fall, MoSH is lighting up with the return of the Laser Live show series that swaps out themed playlists for live performances by some of the city’s most dynamic artists.

From hip-hop and soul to rock and experimental sounds, each show pairs trippy visuals with unforgettable sets from acts.

Each show features a colorful light display on the ceiling of the planetarium while a soundtrack of the featured artist is played.

July 11: Lukah
July 26: Walt Phelan Band
August 9: DJ Nico
August 30: Mak Ro
September 13: Lawrence Matthews
October 11: Cameron Bethany
November 8: Marcella Simien ft. Infinity Stairs

DJ's from WYXR host and kick off the event with a pre-show set beginning at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 7 p.m. Crosstown Brewery will have drinks available for purchase.
