2024 Mid-South Christmas and Holiday Parades

Holiday magic is in the air!

Grab your crew, cozy sweaters, blankets, and lawn chairs because it's holiday parade season, baby! Here's a list of Memphis and Mid-South Christmas parades including dates, times, and routes for 2024.

 

Memphis Christmas and Holiday Parades

Parades are weather permitting. We'll update this page if a parade is cancelled or postponed due to weather.

Hernando Christmas Parade: December 2

The annual Hernando Candyland Christmas Parade will begin at 6:30 p.m. The Hernando Christmas Parade Route goes up Commerce St. around the square and ends at the Hernando Baptist Church.

Millington Christmas Parade: December 5

Join the City of Millington for the 2024 Christmas Parade on December 5th at 6 p.m. The parade staging area will be located on Jack Huffman Boulevard. Line-up for the parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of Newport and Navy Road. The parade route will proceed along Navy Road from Newport to Church Street, then turn left onto Church Street and conclude at Baker Community Center.

Collierville Christmas Parade: December 6

Collierville's annual Christmas Parade will take place Friday, December 6, 2024 at 7 p.m. Thousands of spectators line the parade route from Byhalia Road north of White Road at Polo Run Road to West Collierville Middle School.

Olive Branch Christmas Parade: December 7

Olive Branch, Mississippi will host their holiday parade on Saturday, December 7 starting at 2 p.m. til 4 p.m.

Bartlett Christmas Parade: December 7

The City of Bartlett will host Christmas Movie Magic themed parade at W.J. Freeman Park on December 7 beginning at 4 p.m. They'll be using the same parade route as last year along Kirby Whitten & Yale. 

Southaven Christmas Parade: December 7

Join Southaven in their 44th year of the Southaven Christmas Parade! Parade begins at 10 a.m. The parade will step off from SouthPoint Church, east onto Stateline Road, continue onto Main Street, then continue on Main Street to Northwest Drive, and end at City Hall.

Hamp Holiday Parade: December 10

Get ready to celebrate this holiday season with Carpenter Art Garden and the pride of our vibrant community. This festive event will bring together lively music, creative floats, and a wave of holiday cheer to highlight the spirit and unity of our neighborhood. Meet at Mimosa Memorial Park on Carpenter St. at 3:00pm to get started!

Beale Street Holiday Parade: December 14  CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

Be a part of the grandest holiday parade in the region! Join in the fun on America's most iconic street in downtown Memphis as we ring in the holiday season with marching bands, steppers, twirlers, floats, and all sorts of sights. Starts at 2 p.m.

Germantown Holiday Parade: December 14

Lining the City streets starting at 2 p.m., residents watch as decorated floats, horses, school groups, clubs and booming marching bands wave to neighbors as they slowly make their way along the parade route. Stay until the end to get a glimpse of Santa aboard a Germantown fire truck. The parade begins at the corner of Kimbrough Road and Farmington Boulevard, proceeds west on Farmington Boulevard to Exeter Road, turns north on Exeter Road and ends at Germantown Athletic Club. The rain date is December 15.

Arlington Christmas Parade: December 14

The town of Arlington hosts their parade this year on Saturday, December 14 at 11 a.m. on Airline Road in front of Arlington High School and travel west to the Memphis-Arlington Road intersection. This year's theme is Winter Wonderland.

Bluff City Christmas in Raleigh Parade: December 14

The parade, hosted by Dr. Telisa Franklin and Dr. Charlie Caswell Jr., Shelby County Commissioner, will feature Santa Clause, a holiday fun fair, live entertainment, and more. The parade begins at 10 a.m. at Austin Peay Highway/ Covington Pike and ending on Coleman Road (DD's parking lot). All traffic will be redirected to Covington Pike.
