2024 Mid-South Christmas and Holiday Parades

The Memphis area is gearing up for the holidays with a full lineup of Christmas parades.

Grab your crew, cozy sweaters, blankets, and lawn chairs because it's holiday parade season, baby! Here's a list of Memphis and Mid-South Christmas parades including dates, times, and routes for 2025.

Memphis Christmas and Holiday Parades

29th Memphis Christmas Parade: November 22

Kickoff the holiday season with annual 29th Memphis Christmas Parade in Whitehaven. The parade begins at 10 a.m. at Shelby Drive and Elvis Presley Blvd and ends at Elvis Presley Blvd & Laudeen Drive. Proceeds from the parade support Academy for Youth Empowerment (AFYE). 

Hernando Christmas Parade: December 1

This year's Hernando Winter Wonderland Christmas Parade sets off at 6:30 p.m. The route goes up Commerce St. around the square and ends at the Hernando Baptist Church.

Millington Christmas Parade: December 4

Join the City of Millington for the 2025 Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade on December 5th. The Christmas Tree lighting is at 6:15 p.m. outside Fire Station 1 with the parade following at 6:30 p.m. The parade route runs from Navy & Newport to Navy & Church (same route as last year). This year’s theme is “A Christmas Story – Your Favorite Christmas Song, Book, or Movie!

Collierville Christmas Parade: December 5

Collierville's annual Christmas Parade will take place Friday, December5, at 7 p.m. This parade has been happening for 48 years and brings thousands of spectators. The parade route runs from Byhalia Road north of White Road at Polo Run Road to West Collierville Middle School.

Olive Branch Christmas Parade: December 6

Olive Branch, Mississippi will host their holiday parade on Saturday, December 6, starting at 2 p.m. at Olive Branch High School. This year’s Olive Branch Christmas Parade theme is "A Merry Movie," where the big screen comes to the streets of Olive Branch. Bring your family and watch with wonder as Christmas movie magic comes alive in this spectacular holiday parade!

Bartlett Christmas Parade: December 6

The City of Bartlett will host "A Storybook Christmas" themed parade that begins at 4 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and kick off the Christmas Season with your family at the Bartlett Christmas Parade. The parade goes through neighborhoods along Kirby Whitten & Yale.

Southaven Christmas Parade: December 6

Join Southaven in their 45th year of the Southaven Christmas Parade! Parade begins at 10 a.m. The parade will step off at 10AM from SouthPoint Church, left onto Stateline Road, continue onto Main Street, then east on Main Street to Northwest Drive, and end at City Hall.

Beale Street Memphis Holiday Parade: December 13

Be a part of the grandest holiday parade in the region! Join in the fun on America's most iconic street in downtown Memphis as we ring in the holiday season with marching bands, steppers, twirlers, floats, and all sorts of sights. Starts at 2 p.m.

Germantown Holiday Parade: December 13

The parade will kickoff at 2 p.m. as the streets fill with festive floats, sparkling lights, horses, marching bands, and more with Santa wrapping up the parade. The parade begins at the corner of Kimbrough Road and Farmington Boulevard, proceeds west on Farmington Boulevard to Exeter Road, turns north on Exeter, and ends at the Germantown Athletic Club.

Arlington Christmas Parade: December 13

The town of Arlington hosts their parade this year at 11 a.m. This year's theme is The Spirit of Christmas, The Heart of Arllington. The parade starts on Airline Road in front of Arlington High School and travel north to the Douglass/Mem-Arlington Road intersection.

Bluff City Christmas in Raleigh Parade: December 14

The parade is hosted by Dr. Telisa Franklin and Shelby County Commissioner Dr. Charlie Caswell Jr. The parade begins at 10 a.m. starting at Austin Peay Highway/ Covington Pike and ending on Coleman Road (DD's parking lot).
