2021 Holiday Markets and Shopping Guide For Memphis and the Mid-South

Holiday markets in Memphis and the Mid-South are underway, and local shops and artisans are in need of your support more than ever. Here's a list of how to shop local in 2021.

Here is your list of Memphis area holiday markets to use as a shopping guide.

Gifts of Green at the Garden at Memphis Botanic: through December 30

Memphis Botanic Garden will once again host its seasonal pop-up shop, Gifts of Green at the Garden! An extension of its seasonal Nursery at the Garden, this shop will be housed inside the Garden’s newly renovated Visitors Center daily.

Women's Exchange Holiday Market: Through December 23

Consignment gift shopping for everyone on your holiday list. Features locally handmade art, cards, ornaments, wreaths, home decor, fiber wearables, edibles, and more. Shop open M-F, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. through December 23. Closed on Thanksgiving — Thurs., Nov. 25.

Arrow’s Holiday Bazaar: November 20 - December 23

ARROW is a studio, shop and gallery at 653 Philadelphia Street in midtown that will host a holiday market—a continuation of the MCA Holiday Bazaar—with 80+ local makers and arts vendors. They will host a “first dibs” party on November 20 from 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Get your tickets to that First Dibs Party here.

Memphis Arts Collective Holiday Artist Market: November 26 - December 24

The MAC will host a Holiday Market at 3484 Poplar again this year with paintings, glass art, pottery, candles, soap, textiles goods, up-cycled creations, cards, jewelry, home decor and so much more. This year MAC has partnered with the Charity organization Thrive Memphis and there will be a silent auction to support them. The Market will be open from 10:30am -6:30pm Monday -Saturday and 12:00- 5:00pm on Sundays. 

Winter Arts Market: November 27 - December 24

13th annual showcase of exceptional & unique hand-crafted works by our region’s finest Artists.  This year’s stellar collection of Holiday gift ideas crafted in glass, metal, wood, fiber, & clay; plus, jewelry, and more, will be staged at The Shops of Saddle Creek. Open daily Saturday, November 27th, through Christmas Eve; hours are:. Mondays –Thursdays  10am to 6pm; Fridays 10am to 8pm; Saturdays 10am to 6pm; Sundays Noon to 5pm. 

Small Business Saturday Holiday Market: November 27

By The Brewery downtown will host a local makers market on Saturday, November 27th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 496 Tennessee Street. Shop from seven local vendors, and get yourself some delicious brunch or lunch.

Let Your Light Shine: Make-An-Impact Holiday Market: December 4

Invest in local non-profits and small local businesses and artists at this outdoor, festive, family-friendly event at Inspire Community Cafe on Saturday, December 4 from 2 p.m to 6 p.m. Expect vendor booths, free cocoa and apple cider, kids’ crafts, ugly sweater competition (voting and prizes at 4 p.m.), Opera Memphis carolers (5 p.m.). The Cafe will be open.

Advent Arts Market: December 4 

Episcopal Diocese of West TN will host an arts market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Barth House (409 Patterson Ave. on the U of Memphis campus). Proceeds will benefit the Episcopal College ministry. Expect local artists with pottery, art, handbags, home decors, teas, food, live music from the Memphis Symphony Orchestra’s Quartet.

Metal Museum Store: Online / Open House is Dec. 5

Fine metalworking, kids, jewelry, home goods, gifts at the Museum's gift shop, which is online or by appointment only. They are having a Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 5 with free admission to the museum and shop from noon to 4 p.m.

Krampus Holiday Market: December 11

The Krampus Holiday Market is for those hard to buy for ghoul. Shop for gifts including vintage/new horror, oddities, witchery and magic at the Hi-Tone, doors open at 5pm. Get your holiday pictures with Krampus, too! All ages event.

Collierville Holiday Market: December 11

 The Holiday Market vendors selling crafts, jewelry, and other items for purchase, where attendees just might find the perfect Christmas gift and décor.   Located inside the Morton Museum of Collierville History at the corner of Poplar and Main Street.  Proceeds from the Holiday Market also benefit area non- profits. Open 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11. The Collierville Contemporary Club Home Tour  is the same day.

Jingle & Mingle Pop-Up Shop: December 11

2nd Annual Jingle & Mingle Pop-up Shop at South Brook Mall from noon to 5 p.m. Adult & Children Clothing, Accessories, Make-up, Jewelry, Shoes, Candles, Bedroom decor kits for girls and more

Cooper-Young Community Farmers Market: Saturdays, year-round

Cooper-Young Farmers Market switches to Winter Market hours (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.) and vendors starting in November.  Shop every week in the First Congo parking lot for local produce and pre-made foods, Memphis Made beer, hearty winter soups, handmade jewelry, lotions and potions and much more.
