StickEM Food Truck
1788 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN 38104 (brick-and-mortar) with a mobile truck that roams citywide.
An OG Memphis food truck since 2012, StickEM built its name on Ethiopian-inspired kabobs. They make them with chicken, steak, shrimp, tofu, and lamb and are served with seasoned fries, veggies, or salad. It opened a brick-and-mortar location on Madison in 2020 (even landing a spot on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives), but the original truck is still out on the streets most days.
Good Groceries Mobile Diner
Various locations, Memphis, TN — check socials for weekly stops.
Good Groceries is a scratch-made kitchen truck known for a mango duck confit, a home-smoked brisket BLT, and fun sides like watermelon salad and sage potatoes. Good Groceries is also eco-friendly. They use zero Styrofoam and compost through Compost House and Atlas Organics. If you are looking for a green business and a tasty menu for your next event, Good Groceries is the way to go.
Taqueria La Guadalupana
8101 Cordova Rd, Memphis, TN 38016 — Cordova
Part of a Memphis Mexican restaurant family, this Cordova truck is best known for its birria tacos. They have been repeatedly called some of the best in Memphis, with a 4.9 rating on delivery apps. There's a sister truck near Poplar and Yates, plus a sit-down restaurant on Summer Ave. I highly recommend it if you are in the mood for tacos.
Fuel Food Truck
Various locations, Memphis, TN — regular at Memphis Farmers Market & Overton Park Shell
One of Memphis's original food trucks, Fuel hit the streets in fall 2011, right after the city first allowed mobile restaurants, and went on to win Memphis Flyer's "Best Food Truck" readers' poll in both 2013 and 2014. Bison tacos and grilled cheese are menu classics and they also have vegan and veggie options. Catch it at the Memphis Farmers Market, Levitt Shell shows, and around town for catering. You can follow them on socials to track down the weekly schedule.
Eat at Eric's Grill
1200 Fox Green Cv, Cordova, TN 38016 — Cordova
Chef Eric Meyers has been running this Southern-leaning comfort food truck since 2014, serving Philly cheesesteaks, patty melts, CBR (chicken bacon ranch) sandwiches, and loaded BBQ fries. It leans heavily into catering alongside daily service, so you'll see it at company picnics and private events as often as public food truck stops.
Halinka's Polish Eatery
6489 Mullins Station Rd, Memphis, TN 38134 — also a regular at Shelby Farms Park Food Truck Park.
Started in 2025 by Magda Dutkiewicz Vaughan and named for her mother, Halinka's is Memphis's only Polish food truck. The menu stays simple: pierogis (mushroom-kraut-cabbage, minced meat, or potato and cheese) and imported double-smoked kielbasa, served with cabbage and beets instead of fries.
Chakka Aur Chaat Food Truck
4491 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38117 — East.
One of Memphis's newer Indian food trucks, Chakka Aur Chaat specializes in chaat, the crispy, tangy street snacks popular across India. Bhel puri, tandoori wings, and a seekh kebab roll are standouts, a genuinely different option from the city's usual truck fare.
Gourmade
2783 Broad Ave, Memphis, TN 38112 — frequent at Wiseacre Brewing.
Chef Jared launched Gourmade in 2016 after a couple years of catering, and the truck still rolls out to breweries Thursday through Sunday including Wiseacre, Memphis Made, and High Cotton. The salmon BLT is a hit, alongside the classic Gourmade burger and a unique mac and cheese.
Voodoo Cafe
Bartlett, TN — check socials for weekly stops around Memphis.
Voodoo Cafe pairs New Orleans-style beignets with a serious coffee menu Vietnamese and Turkish coffee, Cuban espresso, chicory, iced Persian spiced tea. Beignets come loaded with fillings like Nutella, maple buttercream, and peanut butter and banana (the "Dead Elvis")
Addiction Smash Burger
610 N Germantown Pkwy, Memphis, TN.
A smash burger truck with a genuinely deep menu — nine burger variations (the Truffle Smash comes topped with a sunny-side egg, the Oklahoma is a thin-smashed onion classic) plus fried chicken sandwiches, loaded fry options, and milkshakes. Order ahead on Toast; they run a real production kitchen off that address rather than pure roaming.
Delta Soul Eats & Sweets
No fixed location — Citywide (catering & events).
Founded by Nina Woodruff, Delta Soul Eats & Sweets is built on the food, music, and soul of the Mississippi Delta with some modern Memphis flair. The signature Soul Cone is a hand-held waffle cone stuffed to the top with creamy mac and cheese, your choice of smoked or savory fried chicken, and a custom drizzle of BBQ sauce. The menu runs from Memphis BBQ nachos and Crossroads catfish to sweets like Muddy Waters chocolate cake and Madea's homemade pound cake with strawberries. It's a catering favorite around town, so check Roaming Hunger for its next outing.

4971 Park Ave, Memphis, TN 38117 — East
Chile Verde is the taco truck parked at the BP on Park and Mt. Moriah in East Memphis, and locals swear by its shockingly good cheeseburger. Island Paradise Takeout
5280 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122 — East
Island Paradise Takeout is Jamaican food on wheels from Chef Ricardo, parked at 5280 Summer Ave. The menu has oxtail with island mac, and curry chicken, plus jerk chicken tacos. The jerk shrimp alfredo is the dish people talk about. Everything is made to order, so expect a wait, but regulars will tell you it's worth it.
