FedExForum Food Guide: What to Eat & Drink

Whether you're catching a Grizzlies game or attending a concert, navigating the three floors of food and drink options can be a challenge. Here’s your guide to the new and improved FedExForum eats, so you can get back to your seat quickly.

I recently took a food tour of FedExForum ahead of the Grizzlies' upcoming season, and two things really stood out to me: the arena’s focus on speeding up service so fans can spend more time enjoying the game or concert, and there is quite a few food options now available.

Grab-and-Go Sections, Self-Serve Food Courts, and Refill Stations

As soon as you walk into the main plaza, you’ll see the new grab-and-go sections, perfect for quick drinks, beer, snacks, or even a scoop of Zio Matto Gelato. These self-checkout stations are popping up throughout the arena to help keep lines moving smoothly. Staff will still be on hand to assist, especially with checking IDs for alcohol purchases.

Need a soda refill? Skip the wait at the counter with one of the many drink refill stations added throughout FedExForum—yes, they’ve officially transitioned to Coke products this year!

Head up to sections 208-209 and you’ll find the new self-serve food court, offering classic stadium fare like burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, wings, pizza, and more. You just walk up, grab what you need, and pay at one of the kiosks. It’s fast and efficient—ideal when you don’t want to miss the action.

New Vendors: Tacos-n-Ganas and Chick-fil-A

Two major new additions this season are Tacos-n-Ganas and Chick-fil-A. Tacos-n-Ganas is taking over the main plaza with its authentic Mexican street food, while Chick-fil-A will be available near sections 109-110, offering favorites like sandwiches, wraps, and salads (no nuggets or shakes here, and as expected, it won’t be open for Sunday home games but the Grizzlies only have four Sunday games).

Rock’n Dough: Your New Go-To for Pizza

Last season, Rock’n Dough became the arena’s new pizza partner, and they’re back this year, located near sections 109-110. In addition to pizza, Rock’n Dough is offering their locally brewed beers. This stand took over the space previously occupied by Slim & Husky’s.

In-House Concessions Get a Makeover

Several in-house concession stands have been rebranded this season. Next to Tacos-n-Ganas, you’ll find The Gourmet Grill, serving up chicken tenders, burgers, jumbo sausages, and fries. If you’re craving bigger burgers, check out The Grill, offering single, double, or triple cheeseburgers—new this year!

For more classic stadium food, head to The Classics stand, where you can grab catfish baskets, hot dogs, and other traditional snacks. There’s also a brand-new Kid Bites concession stand between sections 112-114, offering kid-friendly options like tots, hot dogs, corn dogs, desserts, and more. It’s the only spot solely dedicated to little ones, but you’ll find kid’s menu items across other stands as well.

Fan-Favorite Vendors Return: Rendezvous, Wiseacre, and Old Dominick

No visit to FedExForum would be complete without a taste of Memphis BBQ, and Rendezvous is holding down its top-seller spot with BBQ nachos. You’ll find three Rendezvous stands and a vendor cart scattered throughout the arena.

Local brewery Wiseacre and Old Dominick Distillery are also back this season, with their bar locations offering popular craft brews and spirits.

New Drink Options: Cacti, Milagro, and Mocktails

For those looking to sip something new, Cacti Hard Seltzer (Travis Scott’s brand) now has its own stand, and Milagro Tequila joins the lineup with a dedicated concession stand. Fans of Casamigos, fear not—they still have their main spot on the Terrace level.

For non-drinkers, this year FedExForum is adding mocktails, giving everyone something fun to enjoy without the alcohol.

Fun Food Finds: Hot Dog Challenge and Baked Potatoes

This addition from last year cracks me up–the Hot Dog Challenge. Each game, the arena will feature a Memphis-themed hot dog alongside one themed around the opposing team. The challenge? See which dog gets ordered the most that night—winner takes the crown!

If hot dogs aren’t your thing, swing by sections 204-205 for a visit to the new Smoke & Pour concession stand, dedicated entirely to baked potatoes. These hefty one-pounders come in rotating varieties and will include the option to order as a sweet potato. On opening night, they’ll serve up a border-style stuffed potato.

Memphis Big Bowls: A New Shareable Experience

Keep an eye out for the new Memphis Big Bowl, a shareable feast designed for two, served in a Grizzlies souvenir bowl. The starting option is a 40-ounce pork shank with cheese grits, roasted veggies, and a biscuit—perfect for those looking to elevate their game-day eats. For a snackable bowl, check out the Tostitos Arena Nachos cart, where you can get nachos in a similar Grizz-themed bowl.

One Non-Food Arena Update: New Sound System and Rigging Grid

Alongside the food upgrades, FedExForum has made some technical improvements too. This summer, they installed a brand-new sound system to make the arena experience louder and more immersive, especially for concerts. The old system was original to the building.

The ceiling has also undergone a makeover, with a new rigging grid that will make setup easier and more efficient for concerts and events.

To make your food adventure even easier, the Grizzlies are working on a new app feature to help you locate specific food vendors, but until that’s ready, keep an eye on the screens throughout the arena for directions to your favorite stands.

Build your perfect Memphis meal:

I love to eat so if I were to have only one meal left.. I’m going all out. I’d start with an app of Gumbo Fries from Blue City Cafe or Bayou Fries from Chef Tam, wings from Good Fortune or Central’s (honey gold and Jamaican Jerk), potato salad from Fat Larry’s, side of bbq spaghetti from Bar-B-Q Shop, and fried okra from Soul Fish. All paired with a Beale Street Brewing Space Age Sippin’.

Your most memorable Memphis moment:

College GameDay on Beale Street. That was an electric and perfect morning. I was still working in news then and was able to take it in up close and on the stage at some points. The fun and joy of everyone down there that morning is unbeatable.
