Tickets for the 2026 World Championship Hot Wing Contest & Festival are $30 at the gate or can be bought online at a discount ($21.22), and children ages 8 and under have free admission. And the first 500 tickets sold come with two Wing Bucks, good for two wings at a booth of choice. Other wings can be sampled in exchange for donations at each team's booth.

Cooking teams are preparing their grills for the 2026 World Championship Hot Wing Contest & Festival. The event will take place on April 18, at River Garden Park (at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Riverside Drive in Downtown Memphis), from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Come sample award-winning wings from the Wing Capital of the World. Enjoy live musical entertainment on two stages, a parade led by Memphis Second Line Jazz Band, a Wing Eatying Contest, and new this yeaer, a Soul Train Review Dance Contest.
And while you are have fun, you are also raising funds for two local organizations that help children and their families. — Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
