A Taste of Louisiana in the Heart of Memphis Café du Memphis captures the charm of a Louisiana flare right in the Mid-South. Volunteers serve up a classic Louisiana delight, shrimp and grits, paired with beignets. Each dish is served in traditional bowls that invite guests to linger and enjoy the day, along with coffee and drinks.
