Thursday
No scheduled outdoor classes on Thursdays — yet! This is a great day to explore Memphis on your own. Hit the trails at Shelby Farms Park, walk or bike the Wolf River Greenway, or get a pickup game going at one of the city's parks.
Friday
No outdoor classes on the calendar for Fridays either, making it the perfect day for a self-guided workout. Try a run along the riverfront or explore the Big River Crossing for one of the best views in the city.
Saturday
Start your Saturday with free Yoga in the Park at Audubon Park (Pavilion 1) from 9:30–10:30 a.m. with instructors Brittney and Randii. Part of the Play Your Park series through Memphis Parks — all skill levels welcome.
Wiseacre Brewing Co. has also partnered with local fitness groups to bring you a different free class on select Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. at their downtown location. Sunday
Rest day! You've earned it. But if you're itching to move, lace up your sneakers and explore one of Memphis's parks or greenways on your own — Shelby Farms Park and the Wolf River Greenway are great options for a run, walk, or bike ride.
