In Whitehaven, there's a man named Uncle Lou. He makes the greatest honey butter biscuits on earth. Assignment #266 in the 365 Things to Do in Memphis is to eat one (if you can even stop at ordering one, because I can't.) These aren't dinner rolls; they're dessert. Before the biscuits are baked, they're basted (soaked?) with honey and butter. When they come out of the oven, the outsides are sticky and sweet and the insides are light and flaky.
