Beale Street Music Festival is this weekend! Are you going? Do you want to go? I have some three-day music fest passes** to give away!
I won't waste your time with more words; I know why you're here: to win.
There are two ways to win.
1. To win a pair of three-day passes to Beale Street Music Fest, go to Twitter, follow @ilovememphis and Retweet this Tweet. I will pick a random winner on Thursday morning May 4 at 10 a.m. and announce via Twitter.
2. To win a single three-day pass to Beale Street Music Fest, leave me a comment on this blog post telling me which band you're most pumped to see this year. I have two of these to give away! I will pick a random winner on Friday morning May at 8 a.m. and announce via the Friday "5 Things To Do This Weekend" post and I'll email you.
IMPORTANT: Once you win, you will be responsible for picking up your tickets from the Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau office (47 Union Avenue downtown) on Thursday or Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

I'm stoked about seeing all of them! I've lived 45 minutes from Memphis most of my life and I've never been to the festival. Would be a great weekend get-a-way from the kids for hubs and I!!

Hi! I'm a newlywed and a mom to be. I'm due in 5 weeks! Anticipating the birth of Alexander Carson. I do have a very kind, studious & handsome stepson named Nick that I'd love to win the ticket(s) for so he can go and enjoy himself. The artists that Nick would like to see are any and all of them because Nick simply loves music . He has mentioned Bush, Lil Wyte, Wiz, and others that perform but no one would appreciate going to the Beale music festival more than Nick.

Oh my goodness! How do I put my EXCITEMENT into words? Beale Street Music Fest is an absolute DREAM. Waiting for the lineup announcement each year is like waiting for Christmas morning. When I got the feeling that Kings of Leon would be in the line up, I was beyond thrilled! As soon as it was official, I called my sister and we were both screaming with excitement! So, the answer to your question is definitely KINGS OF LEON! Back in '09, I won tickets to my very first KOL show in Memphis, and I'll never forget that night. I ended up sitting behind KOL's entire family, and from that night I was in total awe of their talent. Their Southern charm is to die for. For NYE 2015, KOL headlined the Nashville NYE Bash, and myself, my sister and boyfriend stood out in the cold for hours just to make sure we had the best spot imaginable for their show. We never go a few days without bringing up this night. We are all planning to go see KOL during BSMF, and we cannot wait for round 3! Our excitement is and understatement, and we would love nothing more than to be in that crowd (front row of course) and sing along with our favorite TN band KOL. Thanks for the chance. I love Sound Garden, and Wide Spread Panic, but my daughter said this is the best combination of bands that she has seen all in one place in a long Time. I wanted to surprise her with tickets this year but, I waited too late, and now finding them without breaking the bank is almost impossible. I'm not having much luck. I would love to win 2- 3 day passes to give to her because she helps me with my husband who has Alzhiemers. I would like to do something nice for her & her man to show them how much it means to me that they help me.
