One of the most popular posts ever on this blog is the original "100 Things To Eat in Memphis [Before You Die]" list, published in 2012. Since then, these kinds of food bucket lists have popped up all over Memphis sites and food blogs with good reason: determining the absolute 100 "must eat this before you die" menu items is a pretty monuments (and sometimes controversial) task. I compiled this third edition based on a) my own Memphis dining experiences, b) everything I've read and heard from fellow foodies and diners, c) what I think is representative of the current Memphis dining scene, and d) with a slight slant towards restaurants that have opened since the last list came out in mid-2013.
