There's only one party in Memphis where you're required to wear your most comfy shoes with your black-tie attire, and that's the annual SportsBall Black-Tie Tennis Shoe Gala.  I'm giving away a pair of tickets (worth $200) for the event - which is this Saturday night at Minglewood Hall - so keep reading to find out how to win.

The SportsBall is like prom night meets game night. Guys will be in their suits and ladies in their formal frocks, but everyone will be wearing sneakers. There will be interactive games, casino games, something called "jousting with a friend" and, naturally, a photo booth.

You can expect plenty of drinks and informal foods like popcorn and nachos, plus prizes, auctions, and eventually, dancing. Gary Parrish and Chris Vernon from 92.9 ESPN are the hosts of the evening. The event benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Memphis, which pairs mentoring adults with children ages 6 through 18 to establish a positive, influential relationship with that child.
