Photographer (and all-around great guy to know at fancy parties) Ziggy Mack gives me his most skeptical look at the Delta Sky unveiling party at the Peabody. Check out his work at zigzagmat.com.

In other news:

- If you've got three or more unpaid parking tickets, you should probably just suck it up and pay up. The city is going to start installing boots on cars that have three or more unpaid parking tickets. If you don't pay the boot fee and and the tickets within 48 hours, your car will be towed to the city impound lot.

- In other city news, Memphis is getting 311 service in the spring. If you've got a non-emergency government need or question, you can call 311 and get info.

- I've mentioned my love for the @FantasyShirley Twitter account here before. If you love the parody U of M President as much as I do, check out this interview with Fantasy Shirley on Memphis Sport.

- Attention, musicians: Friday is the last day to submit a showcase application for the 2012 Folk Alliance Conference. You don't have to have a dulcimer to apply - the conference showcases all kinds of music, and they've got plenty of slots left. Apply here.
