Anna Pedersen (who is never without her fabulous pearls) is a University of Memphis student who has lived in Memphis for three years. She's involved in the university's Progressive Student Alliance, which is a group that has worked to get campus workers a living wage (among other things). When asked why she loves Memphis, she said "I've found so many amazing people since moving here." Nick Tutor is the founder and CEO of Skirkle, a local discount site that's currently part of Emerge Memphis' start up incubator. When he's not working, Nick is a singer/songwriter and huge Grizzlies fan.
