Sarah Worden is the owner of Charlotte, a jewelry store on South Main. Charlotte is one of the more unique jewelry stores in Memphis. All of their pieces are interchangeable, which turns their rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings into something less like jewelry and more like adult legos.
In other news:
- If you've ever wondered how much non-perishable food can fit into one MATA bus (and, really, who hasn't wondered that), you should go to the Stuff the Bus tomorrow. A MATA bus will be parked at Poplar Plaza, waiting on you to fill it with donations of non-perishable and canned goods for the Memphis Food Bank.
- Good news, cyclists - the city has started striping bike lanes on North Parkway. When they're done, they'll run from Danny Thomas west to Rhodes College.
- I've still got a few afternoon spots open for anyone who wants to have their photo taken for the 365 Memphians photo series. The photo shoot day is Friday, Oct. 7th at Emerge Memphis. If you'd like to be photographed, please email me at [email protected].
