It starts at 5 p.m. - Maybe it's the barbecue, or the extreme sports fandom or the very real DIY ethic that we have when it comes to doing just about anything, but Memphis was named the fourth manliest city in the U.S. We lost to Charlotte, N.C.; Oklahoma City; Columbia, S.C.; and Nashville, which placed first (apparently, the fact that they have trucks, rodeos and fixing up their houses negates all of the sequins and glitter on Music Row). - The Speak Up for Overton Park team has released the results of their first survey on what people like, don't like, and wish would happen at Overton Park.
