Bicycle Awards, Park(ing) Day, Early Voting, and a Teddy Bear Drive
Amy Wainwright is a volunteer at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. She's a member of the Le Bonheur Club, which is the group that runs Bunny Lane. At Bunny Lane, children are able to pick out a comforting toy or stuffed animal before they go into surgery.

- Congratulations, Memphis! We won two awards this week for being a bike friendly city. We got an honorable mention as a Bicycle Friendly Community in the League of American Bicyclists Fall awards and City Hall got a Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly Business award.
- Don't forget that tomorrow is international Park(ing) day, when metered parking spaces are turned into tiny public parks. Memphis Park(ing) day is happening on Peabody between Front and Second downtown. There are 16 mini-parks that will be open from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Civic reminder: early voting starts tomorrow for the Memphis municipal election.
- The Memphis women's rugby league is collecting new teddy bears for the Memphis Child Advocacy center this weekend at USA Stadium in Millington. If you'd like to help out, they'll be there on Saturday at 2 p.m.
