Virginia Pleasants is a graphic designer and server at Cafe Eclectic in Midtown. She's also a member of the Dinner Belles supper club, and she shares recipes, tips and stories about cooking on their blog. When she's not working or cooking, she runs with the Hash House Harriers, volunteers with WEVL and trains for the St. Jude Marathon. Dr. Jerry Eisenstatt is an optometrist (incidentally, my optometrist) at Memphis Family Vision Practice. He works at SEE Main Street, the practice's swank downtown location. Gwyn Fisher is passionate about getting people involved in business (and businesses involved in the community). She was the executive director of MPACT Memphis, an organization for young professionals that encourages civic and cultural engagement in Memphis. Currently, she's working on her start up, Revolution Strategy.
