30 Days of Free Stuff, Day 22 (Harlan T. Bobo!)
Today's free stuff is one of my all-time favorite made-in-Memphis records.
Harlan T. Bobo's first record, "Too Much Love" is quite possibly the greatest break-up album of all time. It's a complete, gut-wrenching joy to listen to from start to finish. "Too Much Love" is that record that has a lot of everything great - soul, rock'n'roll, brooding heartbreak anthems and big rock'n'roll dance party songs.
Check out this video of Harlan performing the title track, "Too Much Love" with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra:
Congratulations, Talitha Franklin - you're getting some new tunes.
(If you didn’t win today, don’t worry – there are still 8 more days of free stuff left. Sign up here to be entered into all of the remaining drawings.)
