Happy blog birthday to me! It's been two years since the I Love Memphis blog started (which means it's something like 5 years old in Internet Years). I get excited about the blog birthday only slightly less than I do about my real birthday. I feel alternately like the blog has been a part of my life forever and like I can't believe it's already been two years, because I'm having so much fun and I'm still learning so much. Thank you for reading, commenting, emailing me, calling me out when I mess up and letting me know about your favorite things in Memphis. It's all meant so much, and you're the ones who have made this birthday possible. I'm working on getting some kind of party together in the next few weeks, but in the meantime, grab a piece of cake (or pie, or cookies, or macarons, or muffins - whatever) and help me celebrate the blog's hopefully-not-terrible twos.
