John Lintner owns Rockin' Running Tours, a company that gives three and six-mile running tours of downtown Memphis. He gives the tours at the pace of whoever he's with, so they're fine for marathoners and newbies alike. Tours are $25 for three miles, and $5 per mile over that. Kimberly Taylor is the owner of K'PreSha, a new boutique on South Main St. She opened the shop about a month ago and carries smart, casual and going out clothes, shoes and accessories for men and women. Originally from India, Sandeep Pednekar has been a Memphian for the past 17 years. He's been an involved one, too - he's the the CEO of the real estate company Advent Enterprises, he's served as a city commissioner, worked with Memphis City Beautiful and worked with the mayor's office through the Memphis Immigration Task Force. He's also the host of the 1-Universe radio show, which focuses on diversity issues, community involvement and positive change.
