In other news: - Memphis' super stormy spring isn't over yet. More rain is expected this week and next, and that means that there's a big flood risk for the Mississippi River. Most of Memphis sits on a bluff, which means that everything east of Front St. wouldn't be affected by a Mississippi River flood. There is a chance, though, that waters could rise as high as Riverside Dr., which would cause some havoc for Memphis in May. - If you love Bridges and you love Chinese food, head to Wang's this week and tell them that you're there to support Bridges. For everyone that does this, Wang's will donate a percentage of the proceeds to the youth development organization. - Here's your Tuesday Davis-Kidd Books update: The CA has a story that says that there's currently "No Deal to Save Davis-Kidd", while the Daily News has a story that implies that there's still hope that the super popular local book shop will stay open. Currently, the only thing you can do as a fan of the shop is email their landlord.

Davis-Kidd has been saved through great effort by Tom Prewitt at Laurelwood. http://www.commercialappeal.com/news/2011/apr/26/tentative-deal-reached-would-keep-davis-kidd-open/
