If you need a ride during October, you should take Yellow Cab's new pink cab. For each ride taken in the flashy pink van, $1 will be donated to breast cancer research at the Memphis Regional Medical Center. Yellow Cab is going to match all of the money raised through fares. In other news: - Attention, athletes, it's time for the annual Downtown Olympics. Your real athletic skills are probably unnecessary,  but if you think you can dominate in synchronized drinking, a four-bar relay, cornhole, and big wheel racing, go ahead and sign up. The olympics are on Saturday, October 16, and any downtown resident or business is welcome to form a team. - You may have seen these sweet I Love Memphis stickers popping up on businesses around town. I've been sending them to businesses that have been featured on the blog, but I'll send one to any business that requests one. If you'd like one, let me know. - We're a good example!
