A Stereograph, An Alien, Some Bike News and a Dance Party
A Stereograph, An Alien, Some Bike News and a Dance Party
It's almost a stereograph picture.
(Taken in the mirrors on the front of the Hollywood Disco, Memphis, Tenn.)
In other news:
- There's going to be a bike polo match tonight in the parking lot of Bluff City Sports (on Cooper). It's exactly what it sounds like - hardcore Memphians playing polo on bicycles. It starts at 7 p.m.
- Speaking of bicycles, Cooper Young is getting a brand new bike shop. It's called Victory Bicycle Studio, and they'll sell bikes and gear. I'm not sure when it's opening, but when it does, it'll be on Young Ave., between Cooper and East Parkway.
- If you've got kids (or want to relive your own early 80's childhood), the Orpheum is showing E.T. tonight as part of their summer movie series. Tickets are $7 for adults and $6 for kids, and the movie starts at 7:15.
- Lastly, listen to this song and tell me that you don't want to have a dance party with me.

Your mirror photo works as a 3D image, for reals.
Take the cardboard cover from a steno pad and put it on the line between the two images. Put your head up to the cardboard so one eye is on each side.
Let your eyes focus so both images become one image.
It's in 3D.
stereogram win.
