ArtsMemphis launched their very first iPhone App yesterday. Yay! The free app will allow iPhone and iPod Touch users to check a calendar of arts events, get directions and give their two cents about the events they've attended. There will also be downloadable episodes of ArtsMemphis TV. I'm so excited about being able to access all of Memphis' great arts and cultural events from my phone - it's way easier than hoping to hear about something before it actually happens. Now, I have no excuse. ArtsMemphis is having a launch party tomorrow for their brand new baby. It's at the Memphis College of Art from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Bring your phones!
