Midtown Opera Festival Ticket Giveaways This Week

Midtown Opera Festival Ticket Giveaways This Week

The Midtown Opera Festival started last week, but there are still opportunities to see all three chamber operas as well as Opera Memphis' brand-new opera, "Ghosts of Crosstown".

Ghosts of Crosstown features five short operas about the people who lived and worked in the Sears Crosstown building. Don't get confused, though, the opera is "set" in the building, but is taking place in real life at Playhouse on the Square. Photo courtesy of Opera Memphis.

I am going to go with Verdi's La Traviata because it is the one from Pretty Woman.  Obviously, I am in need of some culture and these tickets.
